It’s a focused, outcome-based partnership designed to move you forward when the stakes are high
We work together in weekly 1-1 sessions focused on clarity, decision-making, and execution. Each session ends with clear actions designed to move you forward.
You are responsible for taking action. I am responsible for structure, challenge, and momentum. This partnership works because responsibility is shared.
The partnership is open-ended, but not automatic. At around Week 4, we hold a formal review to keep the focus on results rather than drift.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time to ensure depth, responsiveness, and follow-through. Entry is selective, and continuation is based on engagement.
This is an outcome-based partnership.
You make a commitment deposit to begin. Beyond that, fees are only payable when you accept a new role, calculated based on your new salary.
Clear. Fair. Focused on results.
Built around clear direction, strong positioning, and decisive execution during career transition
This is for experienced professionals navigating redundancy, restructuring, or a high-stakes career transition who want structured, outcome-led support. It’s best suited to people ready to take responsibility for action, not those looking for reassurance or open-ended coaching.
You pay a one-off commitment deposit to begin. Beyond that, a success fee is only payable if you accept a new employed role. If you don’t secure a role, you don’t pay anything further.
The partnership is designed for employed roles only. We agree the target level, function, and direction early on. Freelance or contract roles are excluded unless explicitly agreed in advance.
The partnership is open-ended (until you secure your next role), but structured to maintain focus. We work in weekly sessions, with a formal review around Week 4 to decide whether to continue, reset, or exit. This keeps the work focused and avoids drift.
No. This is a working partnership. I provide structure, challenge, guidance, decision support, and accountability — you remain responsible for applications, outreach, and final decision-making. The model only works when both sides engage fully.
That’s common, especially after disruption. Part of the early work focuses on clarifying direction and rebuilding confidence in your judgement, so decisions are deliberate rather than reactive.
At the formal 4-week review point, we assess progress and engagement. If the partnership isn’t serving its purpose, it can be ended cleanly. The commitment deposit remains non-refundable, and no further fees apply.
The first step is to request a conversation. This allows us to assess fit on both sides and decide whether the partnership is appropriate before any commitment is made.
